I carefully look at the pictures in the New York Times for
masked people. Wearing a mask indicates a current picture. Just as the use of cell phones dates the age
of a movie.
I have a box of paper masks on my dining room table next to
the group of cloth masks. I can breathe
easier with the paper masks.
I just received A BIGGER SKY, Awakening a Fierce Feminine Buddhism,
a memoir by Pamela Weiss. Yes, it is more interesting than the title suggests.
The weeds and grasses have taken over the front garden hiding
the slower shyer plants.
