A day of quiet and I have bounced back to be part of life. A day of lying on the couch and listening to
birds, weed whackers, blowers, garbage trucks.
Yes, this is a familiar life.
I wonder if the crowds of people marching around the cities
and towns are part of the 40 million unemployed workers who have been taking
long isolated walks during the last three months waiting for permission to return
to public life.
New book, WONDER VALLEY, a thriller by Ivy Pochoda centered
on Los Angeles and the Mohave desert. It is keeping my interest.
I have learned to use my electric fans during the heat of
the day.
