     The house fills with the smell of chocolate chip cookies. Yep the roommate is on the move in the kitchen. And the cookies are really good.

      Do most of my daily exercises on Monday. Four different routines scattered through the day. Maybe too much.  Maybe I need more life.  A friend comes in the morning to write with me.

     We watch a new show, MARGO NEED MONEY. on apple+. Funny and cringey as a young college freshman is seduced and impregnated by her professor. I tell her to stop, don’t do it but she doesn’t listen to the audience. What is it with these guys. I continue to read THE KEEPER by Tana French. A really good book.

     As usual the Rachel Maddow’s Monday night show is a breath of fresh air. She describes the incompetence of the Trump team getting anything done. Yes, without the usual emotional outrage and drama, just focusing on the incompetence. Yea Rachel.
