I drive to the library, return 4 books and pick up 4 books. I use a bag to move the books to and from the house. I go quickly in the library; afraid I will lose the momentum. Next time I want to wonder around the stacks and sit in a chair. I want to explore the library instead of just rushing in and out.

I spend most of the day reading MAKING THE CUT.  Dr. Aaron Kheriaty describes our medical system differently than most medical memoirs. The patient’s experience is included. And he gets my experience right. I keep thinking, yes, he is right, it is confusing and lonely for the patient.

Once again, I am restless to be out in the town. I think about the things I can do and then I don’t do them.  Not sure what is going to push me into action.

We watch a wonderful gardening show HOMEGROWN on HBO. My roommate is a gardener/farmer in the back yard. We both could relax as we watch other people do the gardening work in Atlanta. We also watch the last episode of AFTER THE FLOOD. We have one more season to go. No political news today for me.
