     Is talking about burping a taboo or maybe just gross? One of those private body activities. Burping is funny to young kids. Well for me, burping is desirable.  Being able to burp is necessary for eating. This morning, eating breakfast in my bedroom, wearing my orange puffer jacket I am burping with joy.  Maybe more then you want to know.

     Piles of cardboard boxes in the guest room are waiting for the east coast photographer to arrive for a two week visit. Each day more boxes arrive outside my front door.  I suspect we are getting some fabulous gifts.

     I am reading GOOD COP, BAD DAUGHTER by Karen Lynch.  Memoirs of an unlikely police officer in San Francisco. I love these self- published memoirs. I like reading about other people’s lives.

     I have started so many forgettable TV series.  I don’t need closure on their narrative arcs. The two shows I am watching slowly, are MY LIFE IS MURDER, filmed in beautiful New Zealand, and NORTHERN EXPOSURE, filmed in Beautiful Alaska.  Maybe the scenery is more important than the people.
