I am losing my social resilience.  Too many conversations, too much movement, and I lose the ability to participate, to do the next thing. Maybe this is old age, and living in the land of illness. Family visits are wonderful and overwhelming. I love my family.

Sun is warm today.  The heat is coming to Monterey. Today I will water the yard.

My refrigerator is stuffed with food, each person’s favorite. It is a balancing act to find my favorites.

Time to get up and get dressed again.  Everyday is time to get up and get dressed.
