I am slow in getting ready for my trip to the north woods for the second of three treatments.  I know how to do this, my 14^th treatment.  I eat my caffeine gummy, no coffee allowed this morning’s protocol. I wear my flannel and jeans clothes. I continue to be inspired by the old man in the blue bathrobe I saw months ago.

A cool sun is out, the flowers are smiling at me.  My daughter will soon be arriving.

Last night, the former teenager and I watch episodes of our new favorite show THE JURY. She spontaneously laughs. She is my roommate for her summer break from the university.

The garbage trucks are pulling up in front of the house. Yes I did get the bins out yesterday afternoon. Not much more to say as I am nervous about today’s treatments.
