Nothing happens Wednesday. I lounge around the house taking short naps. No energy.  The former teenager takes my place at the plein air writing class, washes a stack of dishes at home and checks on me before returning to Santa Cruz. No pain, just tired. I am recovering from treatment number 13 of BCG, an immunotherapy using live attenuated TB bacteria.

I do go outside during the ten minutes of sunshine, pick up my mail and walk on my street. I feel so dull.

In the evening I watch more of JURY DUTY series, just my attention speed.

I start reading another cancer memoir, GOODBYE TO CLOCKS TICKING, how we live while dying, by Joseph Monninger. I no longer feel I am dying at this point in the disease journey. Most likely this cancer will kill me at some later time.
