In the morning I avoid taking off my indoor shoes and putting on sneakers. I know with sneakers I will get outside. Not sure why I just want to stay in the house. Yesterday morning, I take the mail to the mail box, pull up the red flag and walk down the block. Then I sit in a chair in the sun and do my hand exercises.

The biweekly house cleaners spend two hours on Tuesday, and now, the house is clean and orderly.  My personal librarian agreed to help cull my overflowing piles of books.  I will give her one paper bag with books weekly. She will figure out where they should go.

I have been light headed for several days now. I am careful when I walk using my cane and walker. I do not think it is serious and I am careful. Today I am better.

Construction has started on the neighbor’s home.  Trucks, guys with tools and machine sounds are starting up this morning. The neighbors have been waiting for months for the work to start.
