In the evening I keep changing the channels with the remote searching for a good show to watch. I settled on a Jim Gaffigan stand up comedy show. I am tired of dramas and stories and now want something different. Looking for more comedians.

Started reading WHEN BREATH BECOMES AIR by Paul Kalanithi.  A memoir of a young doctor who becomes a cancer patient and dies. I had read it years ago but now it means more to me as I look at my life. A wonderful life affirming book.

Huge moving trucks parked outside of my house while men scurried around.  Something is definitely happening on my street.

My favorite poet Jane Hirshfield was interviewed by Ezra Klein in his Friday podcast.  Today I am going to listen while I work on my quilt.
