I think I passed the long interview at the hospital.  I am waiting to see the report on My Chart. The last task is the COVID test on Saturday. I don’t feel sick.  I wonder how anyone can navigate these tasks if they were really ill. If the surgery is delayed my chance of survival decreases.  I am on good behavior for these interviews and tests.

Tuesday New York Times art section has a list of ten offbeat movie gems streaming.  I am saving this list for the weeks of recovery.

My anchor for the day is watching Rachel Maddow.  A masked friend came over and watched with me last night. I eat dinner and see what is happening in Rachel’s world.  Then it is off to my bedroom to read and settle down for the night.

My daughter comes tonight from New England.  I am looking forward to her humor and good will.
