Last night just before bedtime, a firetruck with sirens and
lights drove down my street and parked at a neighbor’s home. Then came an ambulance. Sigh
Every morning I check the county statistics to see how many
people are infected in my zip code. More
and more.
We had a conversation about the presidential candidates. The young relative was discouraged and not
excited about any of them. I couldn’t
find the right words to encourage her.
I started reading two different books, both were dull. Today I will try some others.
