I miss having my car parked right outside the door, ready to be used at a moment’s whim. Huge trucks and scrappers and other work vehicles are roaring and clashing up and down the street. sigh

I couldn’t watch the news last night.  I watched another episode of Madam Secretary, a feel good serious series on Netflix.

I have to remind myself that life is good for me.  I live in a peaceful home, enough food, friends to talk to on the phone and sometimes in person, hot meals delivered by thoughtful relatives, an endless supply of books being delivered to my door., a teenager who sometimes talks to me. And yet the shiver of anxiety runs through my body.

Started reading THE SHOOTING AT CHATEAU ROCK, THE NEWEST BOOK BY Martin Walker.  I have read most of the books in the series.  I wish I could say it was well written and interesting.  My mind keeps wondering off.
