The Monterey Library is working again.  Time to pick up several books that have been reserved for me.

I left 4 detective books at a friend house yesterday.  I want to keep my friends happy during this long slog of avoiding the virus.

I am reading a second book by Annie Ernaux, THE YEARS.  Hard to describe but I like it.

I will know our town is OK when the coffee houses open again.
