What is a true response to the riots I watched on the news last night?  I struggle with fear and sadness and figuring out what to do next.  The contrast with my quiet neighborhood and the anger and fires in the streets is overwhelming.

The doves are cooing this morning.  Fog is covering the sky.  No squirrels in the bottle bush tree.

Not sure what book to read this morning.

The teenager is back and sleeping in this morning.
