I decided to cure my sore knees with Apple cider vinegar but do you know how bad it tastes?  So I bought a jar of apple cider vinegar in pill form from Amazon. this morning I swallowed my first pill and now all day I am burping up the the nasty vinegar.  I give up, I will just live with sore knees.
