Weird, spacy clouds all day today.  The day became warm and balmy.  Our neighborhood party  went well.  We are now all connected ready to face the coming year.  Our common concern is the high school a block away. 

We have to be vigilant with the kids coming and going.

 My personal fear is that one of them will accidentally set a fire with their hurried cigarette smoking.   But it hasn't happened yet.
