From my bedroom I can hear the army Language School morning bugle call to wake up at 7am.  I can also hear the 5pm and the 10pm calls. Sometimes the city has asked the military to turn down the volume but they don't.  They want the whole town to know they are here.  So everyone in town can hear the bugle calls.
