I got my twelve year old grandson to help me in the garden. We took clippings of lavender plants and planted them in the garden hoping they will start new plants. It is kind of exciting to pick these flexible stems, strip off some leaves and plant them in dirt. I expect half of them to grow. I will know in a month.
