Spent quiet day. Went to my first Doc's appointment about my knee. Didn't learn anything new but will start the diagnosis process. Will have X-ray and MRI and then consult with the doctor.

Now I am just waiting to see if the knee acts up again. I am now more prepared. I have a prescription for a wheel chair if I can't walk for a couple of day.

I am an optimistic person and think the worst is over but I am being careful to not stress my knee.
