Shopping atwhole Foods I tripped on the wheel of the cart and went down with a bang on the cement floor. It took me a few minutes to see that I was not hurt.
People kept saying are you hurt, are you hurt. At first I did not know. I am sore and bruised and fine. Nothing broken.
I guess the weekly gallon of milk and the extra padding on my body helped. It's scary to get old.
