After listening to the bad economic news this afternoon I went outside and watered my drought resistant garden. Even these plants needed water. The fog was just returning. The 5pm bugle was playing at the Army base.

I dragged out the garbage cans for pick up tomorrow.

And then went inside to fix my dinner.

Everything seems so normal.
