Spent the afternoon in chaplain training at the Hospital exploring ways of doing spiritual assessment. I don't like the word spiritual but couldn't think of another one that was acceptable. Mostly I looked out the windows at the pine forest and the ocean in the distance.

The air is clear and fresh, and my mind kept escaping into the woods.
