Wind is blowing.  I hear sirens in the distance.  So far I still have electricity but I am prepared.

At the gas station this morning a man was walking around asking us if we could give him a couple of gallons of gas.  He was carrying a gas can.  I shook my head no but another woman said yes.  What was the right answer?

Tonight I watched an episode of Last Tango in Halifax.  I just want to reach into this fmaily and make it all right.  they are so tortured.

I became fluster and upset at a meeting today.  I argued with people because I thought they were wrong.  I didn't win, no one won, just another pointless argument.

On TV I watch the snow pile up on the streets and cars on the East coast.  I guess I don' have anything to complain about.  We have a little rain.  There is a big puddle in my parking area.  And I sat out in the sun this afternoon.

today I am overwhelmed with the New Yorker.  too many are stacked on my bedside.  I feel overwhelmed.

some rain, some sunshine.  and so it goes. I am restless.  Maybe a chocolate Sunday would help.
