fog and smoke today.  Summer in Monterey, and traffic and Trump is still president.

Met a friend for a conversation at Sobranes garden in Monterey.  Even though it was foggy and motorcycles road by it was wonderful.

An afternoon meeting was cancelled and I yelled Yea.  I took a nap.  And Trump is still president.

warm evening, no fog this evening.  Lots of birds chirping in the garden.

Got into a good book so stayed home all day. And now it is dark and Trump is still president.  sigh

I watched the line of birds fly just off Lovers Point.  The high ones were pelicans and toe lower ones were skimming the water's surface.  and thick fog all day.
