Started watching the Family, a new series on ABC.  I stayed and watched the first two episode.  I think I will continue.

The garden weeds are getting the upper hand with the recent rains. I watch but don't seem to be able to stop them.

Another rainy day and I hear on facebook that the reservoirs are filling up.  Drought is almost gone. I am learning to watch TV in the daytime, a new skill.

I am delighted with Yann Martel's new book, THE HIGH MOUNTAINS OF PORTUGAL.  All I wanted to do today was read.

A lazy Sunday afternoon, Spent the morning writing at Asilomar. Now I am home waiting for the next storm to hit.  I am ready.

Rain, lots of rain.  I am safe in my house.  A friend came over with Thai food and we watched a strange movie.  It was perfect for a rainy day.

Took an early morning walk on Wharf #2 this morning.  I watched the dredger working on removing the sand build up in the inner harbor and placing it in the outer harbor, moving the sand from one place to another place.  An endless job.
