One of the highlights of my day, today and many days, is taking a nap on my old ugly couch in the living room.  There is something so soothing with lying down and pulling up the warm blanket and letting my mind just drift around.  Sometimes it is a short nap and sometimes longer.   the nap is more appealing then going to bed at night.  I haven't tried sleeping on the couch at night, I suspect it would become uncomfortable after awhile.
